Level II Inspector - 2nd shift - 3pm - 11pm - $21/hr
Level I Inspector - 3rd shift - 11pm - 7:30am - $20.50/hr
Level II Inspector - 3rd shift - 11pm - 7:30am - $21.50/hr
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the highest quality standards through inspections and audits. Your role will play a crucial part in maintaining our commitment to delivering top-notch products to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections and quality audits on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, gauges, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to ensure product specifications are met
- Conduct visual inspections to identify any defects or non-conformities
- Analyze data and test results to identify trends or areas for improvement
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results and quality records
- Follow established quality management procedures and guidelines, including CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications preferred
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector or similar role
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments and equipment
- Familiarity with QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) processes
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot defects or non-conformities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
