We are hiring multiple laborers for our facility!
1st shift and 2nd shift opportunities paying $18-$20/hr depending on shift and experience!
Lots of OT available!
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Production Worker to join our team. As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for assisting in the manufacturing process, including operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring quality control. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Follow production instructions and guidelines to meet daily production targets
- Assemble components accurately and efficiently
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Package and label products according to specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Ability to fabricate and assemble products using hand tools and power tools
- Mechanical knowledge is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
