Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Car Sales Executive to join our team. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our vehicle inventory, features, and specifications
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle that meets their needs and budget
- Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle performance and features
- Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for vehicle sales
- Follow up with potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings

Experience:
- Proven track record in automotive sales or related field
- Strong sales management skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience in cold calling and prospecting for new leads
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, is a plus
- Knowledge of automotive sales software is preferred
