We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring that our production machinery operates at optimal levels, minimizing downtime and maintaining our commitment to quality. Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular preventive maintenance on machines and plant equipment, with a particular focus on automated systems.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, replace or repair parts, test, and make necessary adjustments.
• Quickly respond to and resolve emergency machine breakdowns.
• Keep a detailed log of maintenance work and system performance.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Utilize a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment, particularly with automated machinery.
• Proficient in hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial maintenance.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Capable of managing physical workload and standing for prolonged periods.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $25.62 per hour
