Well established & growing real estate company in seek of a skilled maintenance technician for high grade apartments and commercial buildings in Cumberland and Providence RI.
Applicant must meet the following requirements:
- 2 years of electrical & plumbing experience
- Assist with property upkeep, tenant work orders, preventative maintenance
- Help prepare vacant apartments to market-ready conditions
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants
- Valid Driver's License
- Own tools

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week

- Providence, RI: Relocate before starting work (Required)
