Machine Operator

1st and 2nd shift available

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of Plastic film making machinery to ensure efficient production processes. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Duties:

• Operate and monitor plastic films machines during production runs
• Set up machines according to specifications
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing setting preferred
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
