Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our team. As a Builder, you will be responsible for various construction tasks, including concrete forming, electrical work, tile laying, metal stud framing, water damage restoration, schematics interpretation, siding installation, remodeling, and frame carpentry. The ideal candidate will have experience in multiple areas of construction and possess strong attention to detail.

Duties:
- Perform concrete forming and pouring for various construction projects
- Install electrical systems and troubleshoot electrical issues
- Lay tiles for floors, walls, and other surfaces
- Frame structures using metal studs
- Restore water-damaged areas by repairing or replacing damaged materials
- Interpret schematics and blueprints to guide construction projects
- Install siding on buildings using appropriate techniques
- Conduct remodeling projects according to client specifications
- Perform frame carpentry tasks such as building walls and installing doors

Skills:
- Proficiency in CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machinery operation
- Experience in concrete forming and pouring techniques
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting methods
- Expertise in tile laying for various surfaces
- Familiarity with metal stud framing techniques
- Knowledge of water damage restoration processes and materials
- Ability to interpret schematics and blueprints accurately
- Proficient in siding installation methods and materials
- Experience in remodeling projects and frame carpentry
