Including but not limited to:

• Reports to the Director of Engineering and Landscaping Manager
• Responsible for maintaining the grounds of the hotel
• Will perform any of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking and sprinkler installation
• Has used power and hand tools in the past
• Furniture removal and setup are required as needed
• Displays a desire to learn, grow, & excel through quality execution & follow-through
• Displays a “Guest First” attitude & conducts themselves accordingly
• Works effectively independently & with a team-oriented mentality for success
• Always operates with a sense of urgency
