Shift 11pm - 7:30am
Pay depends on experience - $20-21/hr
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards and comply with relevant regulations. Your attention to detail and ability to analyze data will be crucial in maintaining our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
- Perform quality audits to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to verify product dimensions
- Analyze data and identify trends or patterns that may indicate quality issues
- Collaborate with production teams to address any quality concerns or non-conformities
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality management systems
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and FDA regulations related to product quality and safety
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and techniques
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and CMMs
- Ability to fabricate and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and patterns in data
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with QA/QC methodologies and tools
