Element2 Group is Hiring a 3rd Shift CNC Operator Near Providence, RI

Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and contribute to the production of precision products.

Duties
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
- Load raw materials into the machine and monitor the production process
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a CNC Operator or similar role
- Proficient in materials handling and operating CNC machines
- Familiarity with SolidWorks or similar software for programming CNC machines
- Strong mathematical skills for performing basic calculations
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, including packaging and shipping procedures
- Ability to use measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers
- Experience with press operations and assembly is a plus
- Forklift certification is preferred
