Element Fleet Management is Hiring a Workforce Planning Analyst Near Minneapolis, MN
- Skills in exercising initiative and judgment in performing duties.
- Highly organized and efficient
- Use volume forecasts and productivity analysis to model workforce capacity requirements.
- Compare forecasted to actual results in terms of volume, throughput, and headcount requirement to adjust the model as necessary splitting time between the Acquisition and Collateral Services business units.
- Lead productivity analysis and development of tools for area managers to track productivity of the internal and 3rd-party workforce
- Identify and recommend opportunities to share resources across teams based on common skill requirements when workload balance shifts between teams or departments
- Support manager with projects and other duties as needed
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent business experience
- 7-10 years’ workforce planning experience demonstrating high attention to detail
- Highly organized and efficient, ability to communicate via multiple channels
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills and relationship building experiences.
- Strong competency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel - (pivot tables, v looks up, formulae)
- Familiarity with Power BI a plus
- Ability to work effectively independently and within a team
