What you will be doing

You will help to create a memorable stay for our guests by welcoming them with exceptional service and ensuring their stay was inspiring.

What you will be doing

• Greets, Register, and Assigns rooms to guests.
• Issues room key and escort instructions to Guests.
• Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services; registration of guests; and shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
• Computes bills collect payments and makes changes for the guests.
• Keeps records of room availability and guests' accounts.
• Handles accounting of money, receipts, guest accounts, and credit through the operation of the Front Desk computer system and completion of reports.
• Additional responsibilities were outlined during the interview process.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One to three months in related experience and/or training.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be proficient in reading, writing, and math skills.
• Required to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• The ability to perform the following: regularly required to talk, hear, and interact with guests.
• Occasionally required to walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms.
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and stand for long periods of time.

Pay: $12.50 - $14.00 per hour
