Elegant Creations has a career opportunity for a Sales/Customer Service position. This is a full-time day position.

Elegant Creations is among the best of custom countertop fabricators and installers. We are located in Waseca, MN with a large indoor showroom and a fabrication shop with state of the art equipment.

As a Sales/Customer Service representative you will work directly with our customers and contractors for their residential home and commercial site needs. In this position you will be responsible for; greeting customers, helping them choose appropriate materials and colors, communicating with customers and contractors via email and by receiving and making phone calls, quoting, scheduling, maintaining records and files, and other duties as assigned.

Elegant Creation is looking for someone with the following Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

The following experience is a plus but NOT required:

• Reading Blue Prints & Architectural Drawings
• Accounting
• Custom Countertop Sales/Fabrication/Installation

Starting Wage: $16.00 without experience
