PURCHASING ASSISTANT (Hollywood)

Compensation: $16.00 per hour

Elegant Beauty Supplies is seeking a highly energetic and dedicated Purchasing Assistant to join our Corporate Team. We are a fast growing Beauty Supply Corporation with over 20 locations throughout South and Central Florida. We are currently looking for someone with an impeccable sense of fashion and style to assist in our accessories purchasing department. This individual with be working directly with the purchasing manager in assisting with administrative responsibilities as well as the selection of merchandise. Primary Responsibilities include:

• Keep office organized and efficient.
• Create purchase orders
• Check and finalize invoices
• Ensure new orders are accurate of quantities and all other necessary information is complete.
• Verify all cost landing factors to ensure final cost is correct
• Interact with sales team to make necessary revisions such as ship dates, style maintenance, and SKU maintenance and ship pack sizes on orders already placed

Skills Requirements:

• Highly organized
• Computer Literate
• Able to meet deadlines
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Must be fluent in Vietnamese

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
