Our client, based in Fairfax, VA, is actively looking for a seasoned Business Analyst/Project Manager for an 18-24 month onsite contract. In this role the Business Analyst/Project Manager will be collaborating with various departments to analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, change, or restructuring, and subsequently, play a key role in implementing those changes.
•Gather and analyze data from multiple sources
• Document business processes for both current and future state; evaluate internal workflows and processes to identify opportunities for improvement• Collaborate with unit representatives to create new process designs• Write reports and maintain relevant documentation• Implement and test the changes using methods such as process simulation or workflow management to ensure they meet the objectives.• Monitor and measure the outcomes of the changes with tools such as dashboards or reports to track and evaluate their performance.• Interpret complex data and business metrics for relevant stakeholders
• Document business process modelling activities for future reference
