Job Summary:
The Business Analyst will work alongside the Chief Technology Officer and other key members of the organization to gather and analyze requirements from varying business units. As a part of this process, the Business Analyst will conduct impact analyses, interpreting system requirements, and using project management techniques to assist in the design and implementation of software system enhancements.
In addition, the Business Analyst will communicate effectively with management, steering committees, project sponsors, and subject matter/technical experts promoting a culture of performance excellence.
Minimum Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or GED required;
· 3-5 years of relevant work experience preferred;
· Bachelor’s degree in relevant major preferred;
· Database creation and management experience preferred.
Duties, Functions and Responsibilities:

· Utilizing project management techniques as the project lead on large-sized software projects company-wide.
· Communicate project goals effectively with teams, including steering committees and project sponsors.
· Responsible for managing the day-to-day aspects of discovering, validating, documenting and communicating business-process knowledge.
· Using modeling, simulating and analyzing current and future states.
· Working with business representatives who are the subject matter experts in their area.
· Tracking and measuring provider performance against scorecards.
· Synthesize information into insightful reports.
· Confirm accuracy of data in all reporting.
· Communicate and coordinate with other departments to gather data and generate reporting.
· Assists staff in understanding and using software technology and enhancements.
· Document system changes through patch notes and other standards to communicate updates around the company.
· Learn and uphold technology policies, standards and procedures manual.
· Assist in achieving annual technology goals set forth by the Chief Technology Officer.
· Helps ensure high availability, continuity and security of data and information pertaining to ERI.
· Remain current on latest technologies seeking integration into ERI’s current and future software.
· Provide support to both technical and non-technical staff relating to a program, database or other IT issues when additional help is required.
· Report any ideas for efficiency and continuous improvement to Supervisors.
· Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations and standards.
