Eldredge is hiring! We are seeking a full-time Technical Services Representative to join our Sales & Operations Team!

Eldredge, Inc. is a transportation and waste management company in West Chester, PA specializing in industrial and commercial clients in the mid-Atlantic and nationwide. Some of our services include, but are not limited to: waste management, transportation, disposal, remediation and treatment processes, environmental consulting, field services, reporting, and compliance.

As a Technical Services Representative you will collaborate with internal and external contacts, complete waste profiles, assess and review analytical data, provide communications, and support overall customer service and operational efficiency. This is an hourly, overtime available position reporting to our office in West Chester Monday-Friday. 40 hours guaranteed with benefits. Flexible/hybrid schedule available after onboarding. Responsibilities:

• Work with Eldredge Sales team to Prepare Waste Profiles and assist with Sourcing the best recycling or disposal option for our customer's waste
• Prepare reports for clients and sales
• Fulfill information requests for clients
• Assist in preparation of sales presentations and materials
• Prepare simple quotes for sales personnel
• Prepare timely proposals/contracts with detailed scope of work and create presentations/ reports.
• Assist with bid preparation
• Customer/Data entry into shipping database
• Project Management on an as-needed basis. This may include: Site Visits, Inventories, Sampling, Job Estimates/Bid Walks
• Manage specific customer accounts as assigned
• Assist in communication of client needs and project task status by initiating and maintaining conversation among various departments to complete jobs in a timely manner. Departments include but not limited to: Plant, Transportation, Operations, Sales, & Safety
• Ensure safety by adhering to environmental health & safety policies and procedures and identifying any potentially unsafe conditions or actions to the Technical Service Manager
• Commitment to general teamwork in support of all aspects of daily activities to ensure the profitability and sustained growth of the corporation
• Additional duties or special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED is the minimum educational requirement. 1-3 Years Work Experience &/or Bachelor's of Science degree preferred
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Detail Oriented
• Must be competent on a computer including Microsoft Office products
• Ability to multi-task and handle dynamic workflow
• Develop and foster relationships with vendors and customers
• Effective oral, written, and telephone skills
• Knowledge of and ability to learn federal, state and local regulations is preferable
• Travel on an as-needed basis; may include overnights as agreed. Travel expected less than 10%

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
