Job Summary:
As a Caregiver, you will provide compassionate care, including assistance with bathing, housekeeping, and meal preparation. This role offers a competitive compensation package, flexible schedules, and opportunities for career advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with daily activities, including bathing, housekeeping, and meal preparation
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients
- Collaborate with the Care Team Supervisor and follow care plans
- Maintain open communication with clients and their families
- Document and report any changes in clients’ conditions
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations
- Attend training sessions as required
- Other duties to be included
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation, required
- Passion for helping people
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to perform occasional heavy lifting and extended periods of standing
