Highlights of the Medication Aide Position:
- Medication Management: Administer and supervise resident administration of medication, adhering to best practices and safety protocols
- Medication Inventory: Manage medication supply, medication cart, and ensure compliance with state and local regulations
- Vital Signs Monitoring: Obtain, record, and report resident vital signs, maintaining precise documentation
- Holistic Care: Assist with activities of daily living as needed (bathing, grooming, dressing, etc.), providing comprehensive support
- Building Relationships: Develop meaningful connections and contribute to the happiness of our elderly residents, ensuring their well-being
- Life Enrichment: Encourage residents to engage with scheduled activities, social interactions, and entertainment

- This position does not require a certification. While having experience in medication administration or medication tech is a plus, it's not required.
