DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferred Bachelor's Degree or Certification in Hospitality-related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager in high volume, culinarily-driven restaurants
• Prior experience opening a new restaurant is a plus
• Experience hiring, training, and mentoring a diverse team of salaried managers and hourly staff
• Strong financial acumen with the proven ability to oversee and analyze cost control, labor, management, and bottom-line profitability
• Ability to compute numbers, reconcile daily financial documents, inventory goods, conduct analysis and make business recommendations to ensure costs are in line with budgets
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and teach new systems
• Ability to exact and maintain high service standards
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• A positive and self-motivated disposition with a commitment to excellence and team success
• Being bi-lingual is preferred but not required
