Job Overview:

Operational Responsibilities:

• Day to Day Operations - Opening the store; ensuring that staff are ready and on time to work their shift; management of customer service; oversight of phone operations; oversight of vendors and business to business operations; preparation and coordination of staff for their respective duties and responsibilities; closing of the store which requires precise and detailed reporting, drawer documentation, cash storage, and financial preparation for the following day. Management, execution, or delegation of FOH inventory.
• Staff Scheduling - In charge of developing staff schedules and availability. Responsible for the delegation of covers and shift changes. Responsible for the preparation and execution of schedules at least bi-weekly.
• Staff Hiring & Training - Responsible for the hiring and training of new staff which requires the interview process, the orientation day process, the delegation of training itinerary, and the supervision of training execution and standards.
• In-House & Catering - Responsible for the execution of all catering itineraries and communicating all necessary steps and procedures for the execution of such.
• Event Coordination - Responsible for the coordination and execution of any and all in house events that might include: graduation parties, rehearsal dinners, bridal parties, weddings, engagements, birthday parties, private rentals, private tequila dinners, fundraisers, pop-ups, live music, etc. Must properly execute proposals and itineraries in order to properly service our guests and execute events efficiently. Qualifications:

- Excel & Spreadsheet Experience/Management

- Toast POS Experience

- Food Safety & PIC Certification

- Critical Thinking & Solution Oriented Mindset

- Food Service & Hospitality Management Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31,500.00 - $39,000.00 per year
