Our Children's Hospital is growing! We are now recruiting for our new Pediatric Intermediate Care Unit (Pediatric IMC). Pediatric Intermediate Care Nursing involves providing specialized care to children who are not critically ill but require more attention than general care. Nurses in this field monitor and manage conditions that fall between general care and intensive care, ensuring the well-being of pediatric patients. They often deal with children recovering from surgery, chronic illnesses, or complex medical conditions, focusing on stability and progression towards full health.
