```Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front of House Team Member to join our team. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Provide recommendations on menu items
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set up for the next guest
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Process payments using the POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Assist with banquet events as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience in catering, restaurant, or banquet service is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work well in a team environment
