We are currently hiring for: Bilingual Accounting Assistant

Duties include:

• Assist in maintaining all financial transactions of a business unit.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable records.
• Assist in end-of-year reporting and filing with IRS, State Tax Commission and Department of Labor.
• Prepare income tax forms such as W-2 and 1099.
• Assist and support internal and external audit teams.
• Process, prepare and record invoices as needed.
• Assist in processing payroll.
• Assist in tax return preparation.

Qualifications: High School diploma is a must. College preferred. Tax preparation training and bookkeeping experience is a plus! Pay depending on experience. We offer a very competitive starting wage with bonuses. It is a requirement that you are bilingual Spanish/English.
