As an Intelligence Analyst (Biometrics/I2 – Mid), employee will maintain awareness and inform the Government of the range of unique identifying human characteristics and modalities. Analyze biometric systems to understand their capabilities and vulnerabilities. Analyze and document identity threats, vulnerabilities, and environments assessments that address mission capability gaps. Conducts analytic production on the full range of unique identifying human characteristics and modalities Fuses identity attributes to identify and assess threat individuals and networks, their capabilities and capacity, centers of gravity, objectives, intent, and potential courses of action.

As an Intelligence Analyst (Biometrics/I2 – Mid) employee must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (with an additional 4 years of experience in intelligence analysis, for a total of 12 years may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree)
• Minimum 8 years of experience conducting analysis related to the job description with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
• TS/SCI with CI Poly

Competencies:

• Technical: Fully understand the intelligence discipline in which the assigned position is supporting.
• Communication: Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
