This position is a Senior-Level Instructor who assists the Government in executing and modifying DIA's HUMINT Targeting course instruction. The instructor coordinates with DIA guest lecturers and ensures that instruction and presentation materials are professional, accurate, and complete. The instructor must be familiar HUMINT Targeting and DoD policies and legal authorities, functions, methodologies, and related information Technology (IT) system requirements. The instructor administers, evaluates, synchronizes, and manages blocks of instruction in the HUMINT training curriculum in accordance with established DIA procedures. This position is a Senior-Level Instructor who shall possess senior level knowledge of Human Intelligence (HUMINT) operations.

• Instruct students on the application of HUMINT operations and how to conduct HUMINT targeting analysis against a variety of targets
• Instruct students on every aspect of the HUMINT Targeting cycle of support to HUMINT operations

As a Senior-Level Instructor, you must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of three years’ experience may substitute for degree
• Minimum of eight years’ applied experience in HUMINT Targeting
• Minimum of eight years’ experience conducting pattern of life analysis, social network analysis, and Human Factors analysis
• Must be a certified HUMINT professional.

• Technical: Fully understand the intelligence discipline in which the assigned position is supporting.
• Communication: Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
