Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Retirement Plan Consultant at EJReynolds, Inc. We welcome applications from remote employees who have experience of working independently.
The Retirement Plan Consultant will handle day-to-day tasks related to consulting and administration of defined contribution and defined benefit plans, government forms, accounting, and
customer service
The Consultant would be expected to handle a book of 80 to 120 plans, and multi-tasking is a necessity.
Qualifications
- Defined Contribution administration skills
- Defined Benefit knowledge
- Customer Service proficiency
Accounting expertise
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Bachelor's degree in finance, mathematics, or accounting a plus
- ASPPA designations or similar industry qualifications are encouraged
