Ejen is looking for part-time employees to join our team as soon as possible! Availability is required on weekdays: Tue-Fri (10am-4pm) and Sat-Sun (10am-6:30pm). Weekends are a plus. Students with flexible weekday (Tue-Fri daytime) schedules are welcomed to apply!

Job Responsibilities:

• organize the placement of pots, pans, and other kitchen items into appropriate locations
• wash dishes, utensils and other kitchen supplies by hand
• assist in maintaining a clean and orderly front- and back-of-house areas (e.g. wipe tables, sweep/mop floors, etc.)
• assist in basic food preparation (e.g. peel, cut vegetables)
• on occasion, prepare, package and manage food & beverage orders (e.g. pack sides, pour drinks, keep organization of orders)
• on occasion, take orders on a POS system from customers

Job Requirements:

• strong memorization skills -- ability to quickly learn and become familiarized with all menu dishes, drinks and sides
