We are looking for a residential manager to join our EIHAB team that will ensure that the residence assigned is operating effectively and that they are in compliance with the policies and procedures set by the Agency. This individual will supervise staff and ensure that the consumer population is being handled effectively at all times.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications: Possess a minimum of Bachelors's Degree from an accredited program with at least (2) two years of related work experience working with the developmentally disabled community, and two (2) years must be in a managerial/supervisory capacity, in group homes or a combination of education and experience that are judged by the CEO to be either equivalent or adequate and appropriate. Experience working with individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities is preferred.
