Job Position: RN Supervisor
Location: Monroe Community Hospital, 435 E Henrietta Rd, Rochester, NY 14620, USA
Pay Rate: $60 per hour Schedule: Monday - Sunday (candidate required to work 2 shifts on weekends)
Shift Times: Morning: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm Afternoon: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm Night: 11:00 pm - 7:00 am
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of healthcare professionals, including CNAs, LPNs, and RNs.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing and certification requirements for healthcare personnel.
- Oversee personnel management tasks such as conducting background checks, maintaining necessary licenses, and managing staffing schedules.
- Coordinate and provide mandatory educational training for healthcare staff to ensure compliance with certification requirements.
- Implement and ensure staff training in federally mandated areas, including effective communication, resident rights, abuse prevention, infection control, and more.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in New York State Proven experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
