A local community focused non-profit firm is seeking a Grant Coordinator for their direct hire, full-time opening. In this position the Grant Coordinator will be responsible for effectively assisting in the management of the lifecycle of the agency’s grants and contracts.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3yrs of professional experience in a nonprofit environment in grants/project management, data management, fundraising or a related field.

Functions of this role will include but may not be limited to:

• Grant reporting
• Proposal editing
• Research
• Data management
• Reconciling monthly timekeeping
• Maintaining calendars to ensure deadlines are met
• Assist with special projects as requested
• Step in for Grant Manager when needed

Additional qualifications to be successful in this role:

• BA/BS degree.
• Experience with case management systems or similar databases. LegalServer experience a plus.
• Proficient in Office 365, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Superior organizational, editing and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Prior experience in positions which demonstrated the ability to prioritize work, able to multi-task, and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and presentation.
• Excellent analytical and evaluative skills.
