Beyond TalentEdge is seeking reliable and dedicated individuals to join the food service team at several local colleges.

This position plays a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for students, faculty, and staff.

We also have openings for Dining Supervisors which requires previous supervision experience in a food environment.

Responsibilities:

Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of a variety of meals following established recipes and portion sizes.

Food Service: Serve food to customers in a courteous and efficient manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.

Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including dining areas, serving stations, and kitchen equipment.

Customer Service: Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other dining hall staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Compliance: Adhere to all safety and food handling regulations, as well as university policies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
