Latham TPA firm seeks full-time customer service/claims processor for our Flexible Spending/HRA department. This position is in office, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
We are looking for someone to join our existing FSA/HRA team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years’ customer service experience (call center preferred) as well as previous claim processing experience preferred but not required.
Job description
Review and enter claims into claim processing system(s)
Answer incoming phone calls from participants/employers
Handle member inquiries and claim submissions received via email
Provide administrative department support and team assistance as needed
Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
High School diploma/GED (Associates degree preferred)
1 year customer service experience
Strong math and computer skills
Attention to detail, Problem Solving Skills and the ability to multitask effectively
Collaboration skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Microsoft office experience (Word/Excel)
