Overview:

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and provide exceptional customer service. This role requires a blend of administrative and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and clear manner
- Assist in planning and coordinating events or meetings
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Manage files and documents efficiently
- Provide support to customers with inquiries or requests
- Assist with project coordination as needed

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
