eGourmet Solutions is Hiring an Office Manager Near Gresham, OR
National Logistics and eCommerce Fulfillment company specializing in frozen, refrigerated and dry perishable goods looking for a positive, confidant individual with a can-do spirit who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our team.
Front Desk
- Greet guests.
- Answer phones.
- Schedule delivery / receiving appointments.
- Receive packages / deliveries.
- Catalog returned/damaged shipments.
Office management / Administrative
- Find and book contractors for various needs.
- Place orders with small equipment and supplies.
- Calling in and supervising repairs for the freezer units.
- Work cohesively with HR provider.
- Scanning and filing paperwork such as invoices, QC forms, etc.
- Manage and provide basic troubleshooting of equipment such as laptops, handheld devices, printers, etc.
HR
- Manage relations with Staffing Agencies
- Assist in HR administration such as on-boarding new hires, PTO requests, etc.
- Assist in training (SOP’s), motivating, supervising and safety of staff
Compliance
- Assist in the remediation of unsafe conditions and
- Ensure that the facility is in compliance with all local, state and federal regulations ie. pest control, permits, etc.
- Maintain daily logs - freezer temps, etc.
- Assist in ensuring the facility is clean, organized and safe.
Skills
- Lead by example, practice and enforce professional and respectful behavior.
- Foster a positive and motivated environment.
- Positive, energetic and pro-active.
- Excellent Excel skills and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong computer skills – Windows 10, Android, ChromeOS, hardware.
- Ability to follow through and proactively anticipate possible issues.
- Ability to exercise tact and good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to exercise good judgment in a rapid paced environment.
- Professional written and verbal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Flexible schedule.
- Willingness to work in the freezers or coolers as needed for inspections, controls, repairs, etc.
Monday through Friday, AM shift
Salary:
- $22-$24 per hour based on experience
