    Reports To: High School Principal/Supervisor of Career & Technical Education
    Job Purpose: Works closely with Grant Program Coordinator, Administration and Director of Vocational Education and CTE, and CTE Supervisor to manage the relationship between identified higher education partner(s) and EHTHS as it pertains to any/all high school initiatives that will lead to college credit and partnerships for PACE programs.
    Qualifications-Required:
    Bachelor’s Degree
    Three-five years of experience working in post-secondary higher education, managing dual credit enrollment and/or Early College programs
    Three-five years working with federal grants
    Must possess strong oral and written communication skills.
    Ability to pass the Criminal History Review
    Ability to pass the Sexual Misconduct Child Abuse Disclosure
    Qualifications-Desired:
    Master’s Degree
    Experience with grant programs and reporting
    Experience with college articulation agreements
    Duties/Responsibilities:
    Advocate for EHTHS’s Early College model program to higher education partner(s) and help navigate the higher education culture.
    Expand EHTHS’s Early College model program and dual credit enrollment opportunities to include PACE program initiatives.
    Establish new PACE program partnerships with external stakeholders willing and interested in assisting EHTHS’s CTE students to establish apprenticeship-related opportunities.
    Develop and lead the pre-apprenticeship advisory board
    Serve as the liaison between EHTHS and identified higher education partner(s) to address questions/concerns as they arise.
    Build strong ties among all stakeholders including, but not limited to, EHTHS faculty, students, staff, college personal, and community.
    Communicate regularly with internal and external constituents and stakeholders.
    Convene quarterly a collaboration team to review learning plans for EHTHS students that seamlessly integrates their high school and postsecondary education.
    Ensure collaboration from all parties to help create a positive higher education learning culture.
    Participate in student recruitment and enrollment activities with higher education partner(s) in collaboration with EHTHS’s PACE program.
    Coordinate resources available through PACE grant to achieve identified goals.
    Ensure all identified goals outlined in the Memorandum of Understandings (MOU) occur as outlined and as planned.
    Maintain current knowledge of state and national standards for Early College model programs and high school reform initiatives.
    Facilitate the opportunity for student scholarships and other funding source initiatives, when applicable, and navigate any potential conflicts.
    Collaborate with EHTHS Guidance staff to develop four-year higher education plans, adjusting as needed.
    Collaborate with higher education partner(s) to facilitate EHTHS’s Early College and PACE student enrollment, and ensure necessary support systems are in place for student success.
    Collaborate with higher education partner(s) to provide career exploration, career planning, college advisement and registration assistance to EHTHS students for college programs.
