One of our core product offerings is Staffing Placement Services; we recruit and train global team members (primarily in India) and place them remotely with USA-based companies. We are not a recruitment firm, we partner with our clients, and placement team members remain employees of .efficiently – reducing barriers and costs for global staffing.Every business in the USA needs help with its staffing needs. We provide vetted and trained offshore specialists in many industry verticals (our core focus is the construction industry). These offshore team members allow companies to supplement their local teams with a cost-effective immediate solution. We also offer an Enterprise SaaS Solution for the Construction Industry. We are in BETA with our item management system; this allows Architects, Designers, Contractors and Supply Showrooms to work together in managing the selection and specification of building materials.POSITION OVERVIEW: The Group Controller will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the accounting and financial operations of .efficiently across it’s operations in the US and India. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Group Controller will be responsible for ensuring financial integrity, accuracy, and compliance across all aspects of the organization’s financial activities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Financial Strategy and Planning:
    • Work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute financial strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth.
    • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes for both US and Indian operations, providing insights and recommendations to optimize resource allocation.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting:
    • Provide timely and accurate financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making.
    • Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to senior management, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.
  • Risk Management and Compliance:
    • Monitor and assess financial risks across international operations, developing and implementing strategies to mitigate risks effectively.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, liaising with legal counsel and external advisors as needed.
  • International Financial Management:
    • Oversee financial operations in both the United States and India, ensuring alignment with global financial standards and best practices.
    • Collaborate with local finance teams to streamline processes, enhance controls, and drive operational efficiencies.
  • Strategic Initiatives:
    • Support strategic initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships, by conducting financial due diligence and providing strategic financial analysis.
    • Evaluate investment opportunities and potential business ventures from a financial perspective, assessing their potential impact on financial performance and growth.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
  • 15 years of experience in financial management roles, with a track record of success in providing strategic financial leadership.
  • Experience working in an international setting, preferably with exposure to both the United States and India.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving organizational success.
