About Effective School Solutions: Effective School Solutions (ESS) is one of the country’s leading providers in school-based mental health services for K-12 students. Serving over 2,000 students across nine states in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and the West Coast regions, our company was founded based on the concept of offering the types of higher acuity clinical care that students would normally receive in a private practice or private school setting within the public-school building. In response to the strong uptick in mental health challenges for young people over the past decade, the company has expanded its services to offer a wider range of programming options, as well as professional development and consultative solutions for districts.
About the role: Effective School Solutions is currently seeking a School-Based Therapist to join our team. We are looking for experienced, mission-aligned clinicians to provide clinical services to a small group of selected students with significant behavioral and emotional needs to specific districts as needed. Selected candidates will work with a highly seasoned and professional management team who provide the best possible clinical services. This position will include extensive training to ensure that the chosen individual will have a strong knowledge of the organization's protocols and model of services.
In this position, the clinician will have a school identified as their home school in a District near their home, but the Clinician will travel as needed to surrounding districts in the posting area and surrounding district locations.
