Roles Available

• School Year 2022-2023 Occupational Therapist for school contracts
• Combination of Clinic and Schools O.T.
• *Clinic-based Senior Supervisor Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist (must have >8 years experience) - Partnership/Buy-in level interest will be considered immediately. Others as caseloads develop.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Self-determined schedule
• Weekend availability

Our center is a multi-disciplinary center that includes OTs, PTs, Special Education teachers and works directly with a on-site speech therapy group. We offer traditional yet holistic Occupational Therapy including advanced programming and specialty treatment approaches that are not available elsewhere in Manhattan. We offer services to children and adults, with most of our clients between 2 and 12 years old. We recently expanded into a 5600 square facility with multi-spaces for therapy and coaching with new play equipment on the way.

Applicant expectations

• Applicants must have prior pediatric experience (*Senior level therapists > 8 years experience).
• Applicants must be self-motivated, self-disciplined, creative and confidence working independently.
• Applicants must be willing to work in a small, personable setting with an abundance of resources.
• Applicants must be confident.
• Applicants must be good at communicating.
• Applicants must be creative.
• Applicants must love being an occupational therapist.
• Applicants must be willing to invest in themselves through mentorship and continuing education
• Applicant must be licensed in NY State and carry Professional Liability insurance.
• Applicant must get NYC DOE Fingerprinting & clearance required immediately.
• Partnership or Buy-in level therapists must bring in clients and show a proven track record of quality therapy services and related administrative skills.

PAY: Pay rate will depend on experience, contracts/locations you are willing to take and your performance. If you also bring clients into the center we will reward you.
