Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing the financial records and transactions of our company. This is a vital role that requires strong attention to detail and a thorough understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations
- Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Process payroll and maintain employee records
- Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software Quickbooks online
- Ensure compliance with governmental accounting regulations
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits
- Provide support to the management team by analyzing financial data and providing insights
Skills:
- Proficient in all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger maintenance
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts and principles
- Experience with payroll processing and employee record management
- Familiarity with account reconciliation techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proficient in using accounting software quickbooks online
- Knowledge of governmental accounting regulations is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
