Job Description: The Treasury Analyst will assist in managing and analyzing daily cash operations and liquidity position for EDF Trading, and support the broader Treasury related activities including the issuance and administration of letters of credit and future FX/IR tactical initiatives, as needed. The candidate will be expected to help develop and implement a short-term cash forecast reporting and detailed variance analysis. Responsibilities Ensure all disbursements are validated within the ERP system and matched against forecast and other sources of information Execute daily payment disbursement process and ensure all payment activities are complete and reconciled Ensure all disbursements are complete through daily checkout including verification control processes, daily reconciliation of ERP to Bank system and various disbursement requirements on a daily, weekly and monthly level Perform all disbursement related research and investigation to support business operations and bring to resolution Continue to develop the role by documenting processes; ensuring internal controls and proper work flow are adhered to Ensure all Wholesale Rep banking requirements are achieved working closely with a cross functional Finance organizations Facilitate Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) form with execution, controls and process enhancement Support Treasury Analyst in execution of daily, weekly and monthly reporting including Cash Balance, Cash Forecasting and Cash Variance Support business controls including disbursement enhancement and evolution and bank security Support cash management business reporting working closely with Treasury staff Support Treasury business system implementation providing master data preparation reconciliation, system and user testing and deployment documentation and controls Support future operational FX/IR initiatives including business process execution, controls formulation and system maintenance Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting or other quantitative or analytical field Intermediate MS Office Excel skills, and ability to learn and navigate different software and database systems is required.
