Job Description
The Community Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the community. The ideal candidate exemplifies exceptional customer service, project management, and leadership skills. Must have experience in Property Management, budgets, and team supervision.
Responsibilities:
· Handle problem solutions to ensure customer/resident satisfaction.
· Complete all daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
· Maintain community appearance and ensure repairs are completed in coordination with the Maintenance Supervisor.
· Control delinquency, collections, and expenditures.
· Ensure team members comply with corporate procedures and government laws on Fair Housing.
· Monitors monthly Income statements to ensure adherence to the budget.
· Provide leadership through team building and assist in continued training with team members.
· Oversee and perform leasing duties, including responding to inquiries, touring apartments, and executing leases.
· Maintain an understanding of current market trends, budget guidelines, and area trends/changes and be able to give information when requested by supervisors.
· Works with the Assistant Community Manager and/or Regional Manager to develop the Marketing Plan to achieve full market occupancy. Adhere to the branding guidelines to maintain brand identity.
Skills & Qualifications
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in Property Management.
· College degree preferred.
· Entrata experience preferred
· Efficient time management skills required.
· Excellent customer service, communication skills, and writing skills required.
· Must possess strong attention to detail and leadership skills
