How you will make an impact :
Serve as an advisor and administrator of LOA (leave of absence) programs. Provide guidance and recommendations to stakeholders (e.
g., HR, plant leaders) and determine eligibility for various leave types and communicate to employees on needed information.
g., Benefits, Payroll, EHS, Risk Management and Employee Relations and Legal)
Work to enhance own capability.

What you’ll need (Required)
Bachelor's Degree in related field and 3 years of experience in leave of absence and worker's compensation programs

For California, the base pay range for this position is $63,000 to $90,000 (highly experienced).
The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
