General Summary:

Under direct supervision of the assigned Supervisor or Manager, the Staff Support Observation Assistant performs as a member of the Health Care Team. Performs various functions to assist department staff, patients and guests. Observes patients for safety and provides assistance to patients with mobility and basic daily needs. Assist staff with basic procedural, clerical and organizing tasks. Demonstrates a cooperative focus within the work team and commitment to the welfare of patient and guests.
