EDUCATIONAL SERVICE DIST 112 is Hiring a Family Resources Coordinator (2024-25 Anticipated Openings) Near Vancouver, WA

General ResponsibilitiesReporting to the School Improvement/Staff Development for Early Childhood Special Education Director, the Family Resources Coordinator provides support services for children and families participating in the Early Support for Infants and Toddlers program, by identifying community resources and providing referrals and follow-up to meet IFSP goals and transition of the child to school district services at age three.Salary:The full range for this position is $24.34 - $29.61 per hour. Offers are made at the beginning of the range. Assignment:This position is 40 hours per week, 230 days per year and will serve our Early Intervention Program. We are building an applicant pool for 2024-2025 anticipated openings. Your application will be considered as positions become available. Estimated start date will be August 2024.Essential Functions/Other FunctionsEssential Functions:
  1. Conduct outreach activities to recruit and enroll children and families in the Early Support for Infants and Toddlers (ESIT) program.
  2. Assist with the development and implementation of Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP).
  3. Assist with the development of transition plans to public school district services.
  4. Develop partnerships with community agencies to identify resources to support the IFSP.
  5. Compile data using the state data management system; submit required forms, evaluations, and data reports to meet the Early Support for Infants and
  6. Toddlers program standards.
  7. Provide support services, referrals and follow-up to meet IFSP goals.
  8. Participate in staff training and staff development activities.
Other Functions:
  1. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum/Preferred Qualifications & SkillsMinimum Qualifications:
  1. A Bachelor's degree in Human Development and experience working with infants and toddlers and their families OR an Associate's degree or higher and two years of experience working with infants and toddlers and their families.
  2. Experience using Microsoft Office products and database software.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Four years of experience working with infants and toddlers and families.
  2. Experience working in a Early Intervention program.
  3. Bilingual.
Working Conditions/Employment RequirementsWorking Conditions:
  1. Office, community and home visit settings.
  2. Frequent travel within ESD 112 service region.
  3. Extended or flexible hours as necessary.
Employment Requirements:
  1. Successful completion of a criminal history and fingerprint check through the Washington State Patrol and FBI.
  2. Current First Aid and CPR qualification or ability to obtain certification within 30 days.
