Our Client, a leader in commercial real estate and facilities/asset management is seeking to add an Assistant Property Manager to its team. This role will work in San Francisco, CA and works Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. This is a contract role that pays $27- 28.75 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Send out notices to tenants regarding building updates, policies, and events.
• Review and manage certification of insurance for vendors and tenants.
• Coordinate and manage work order requests, ensuring timely resolution of maintenance issues.
• Handle accounts payable/accounts receivable tasks, including invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Read and interpret budgets to assist in financial planning and decision-making.
• Provide assistance and support to both vendors and tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Adapt to the dynamic nature of the role, solving problems and managing tasks efficiently as they arise.

Additional Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year within the Real Estate industry is required.
• A high school diploma is required; college education is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. Experience with Yardi or other work order systems is highly preferred.
• Multi-Tasking: Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Customer Service Friendly: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively assist both vendors and tenants.
• AP/AR Experience: Proficiency in accounts payable/accounts receivable processes.
• Budget Reading: Ability to read and comprehend budgets to assist in financial management.
