As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will ensure integrity of data and file compliance. You will oversee and provide analytical overview of day-to-day data processing, quality assurance procedures, and reporting to ensure successful contract benchmarks across all programs.
Successful Elements:
- Work with leadership team and direct staff to ensure effective and efficient data management and reporting
- Utilize staff resources strategically to best reach state and local performance goals
- Develop continuous improvement with process flows and identify strategies for innovative services at PA CareerLink® Lehigh Valley
- Manage the development of new project reports and QA processes
- Provide leadership and direction to Quality Assurance staff and conduct staff development
Required Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- At least three years of professional experience, including one year of leadership or supervisory experience
- Ability to gather and synthesize information from a wide variety of people and sources
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
