EDS Service Solutions partners with the leading car rental companies all over the country to provide exceptional service in providing the back end operations for the Car Rental Center. The company's reputation and long-term client relationships are built through the relentless pursuit of service excellence.

As a supervisor, you will oversee the operations of the car rental industry to ensure cars are transported to the correct areas of the rental lot in a timely matter. Your main function will be ensuring drivers are safely transporting the vehicles from point A to point B in a safe manner, that Vehicle Service Agents are meeting quality and productivity standards while cleaning the cars, and that the rental lot is always ready for the customers to pick up their cars. This role is an operational role, not an office role.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for monitoring all employees scheduled to work on your shift.

• Enforcing that employees follow safety protocols
• Ensure productivity standards are met
• Complete required paperwork related to productivity standards.
• Coach and mentor new employees.
• Cover for Site Manager on days off and carry out tasks a directed.
• Cover for other positions as needed to fulfill customer needs.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid Driver's License
• Clean Driving Record (3 years)
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required
• Weekend availability is required

Pay Rate: $16/hour
