We are excited to welcome a Seasonal Outdoor Nursery Associate to our team! This unique position offers the opportunity to work in the great outdoors, surrounded by beautiful trees and shrubs.

This part-time role is scheduled for Fridays and Saturdays from 10 am to 6 pm, with the possibility of additional hours on Sundays.

Customer Assistance:

• Welcome and assist customers in selecting plants, flowers, and gardening supplies.
• Provide expert advice on plant care, including watering, fertilizing, and pest control.
• Answer customer questions and address any concerns regarding plants and gardening.

Plant Care and Maintenance:

• Water, prune, and groom plants to maintain their health and appearance.
• Monitor plants for signs of disease, pests, or damage and take appropriate action.

Nursery Operations:

• Assist with receiving and stocking inventory, ensuring accurate labeling and pricing.
• Operate basic gardening tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

Sales Support:

• Process customer transactions accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Promote nursery products and services to customers to drive sales and enhance their shopping experience.
• Assist with loading plants and supplies into customer vehicles as needed.
