Overview
Highly competent and skilled, the Marketplace Sales Representative works as a key member of the Marketplace Sales Team, driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying sales leads, nurturing client relationships, and processing sales documents.
This role involves a combination of customer service, consultative selling and relationship management. Applies a broad knowledge of the organization's services, products and marketing techniques to close sales and develop accounts.
Occasional customer visits and trade show support.
Responsibilities
Sales Prospecting : Conduct proactive outbound prospecting to follow-up on new leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
This includes incoming quote requests, tradeshow leads and 3
party leads, among others.

Required Skills & Abilities :
Education / Experience :
Bachelor's degree, business, engineering, physics, mathematics, or hard science; formal training in sales, negotiations, and management highly desirable;
minimum of two (2) to five (5) years experience in technical and / or business-to-business sales management.
Physical Requirements :
Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time; ability to travel; work in office setting.
